Andrew Patterson Osteopath

Andrew has been an osteopath in private practice for almost 25 years and runs two clinics in Central Scotland. He specialises in assessing and training performance movement and has a particular interest in musicians. He has spent many years studying the research related to musicians and has developed a comprehensive programme to help prevent musicians’ injuries. He has worked with the Benedetti Foundation for several years and is osteopath and physical health tutor for the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain where he has developed instrument-specific warm-up and cool-down programmes for them. He also works with the National Youth Orchestras of Scotland and is a guest lecturer at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
