Violin and Wellbeing
Elena Urioste is a violinist, yogi, writer, and entrepreneur. A former BBC New Generation Artist, Elena has performed as soloist with the New York, LA, London, and Malaysia Philharmonics; the Chicago, San Francisco, National, Detroit, and Atlanta Symphony Orchestras, the Philadelphia, Cleveland, Minnesota, and Hallé Orchestras; and the BBC Symphony, Philharmonic, and National Orchestra of Wales, among others. She is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher and a co-founder of Intermission, a program that unites music, movement, and mindfulness. A graduate of the Curtis Institute and The Juilliard School, Elena is also a passionate chamber musician and the founder and artistic director of Chamber Music by the Sea.
